Mats brings over three decades of leadership at the intersection of security, product strategy, and business development. His career spans enterprise software, hardware security, and anti-fraud technologies—from early roles at Informix and Arcot Systems (now CA Technologies) through executive positions at MarkMonitor, IronKey, and Riscure North America. Throughout, he's built and scaled security-focused businesses across the U.S. and Europe. As CEO and co-founder of SunStone Secure, Mats channels this experience into transforming federal compliance, applying AI-native automation to help cloud service providers achieve assessment readiness in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional approaches.
